TOWNPLACE PIER

The Townplace Pier is a brand-new landmark on the Nam Cheong waterfront. Its design draws inspiration from boats and water: the staggered canopies resemble returning sails, inviting sunlight during the day, and are illuminated at night to outline a distinctive silhouette where light and shadow intertwine. This location was originally an unused pier next to the Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Food Market, and its revitalisation has transformed it into an excellent spot to enjoy the views of Victoria Harbour and West Kowloon.

The TOWNPLACE Pier is an extension of the premier seafront clubhouse of TOWNPLACE West Kowloon, Sun Hung Kai Properties’ newest serviced apartment offering. This embodies the brand’s core philosophy of extending the luxury living space into the entire community.
