Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, International Gateway Centre (IGC) sits above the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station, seamlessly intertwining with the nearby International Commerce Centre, Artist Square Towers, and the West Kowloon Cultural District to create a vibrant hub that brings together commerce, tourism, retail, art and culture.

The architectural design transforms the challenges of its complex urban setting into a coherent and distinctive landmark. Four office towers, resembling interlocking petals of varying heights, are arranged to form two interconnected twin-tower pairs that frame a central plaza and a series of terraced public spaces while sketching a dynamic skyline along West Kowloon. To protect key ridgeline views, the upper and lower portions of the towers taper inward like flower buds and stems to create generous open spaces at the terraced ground levels. The tower façades are articulated by vertical shading pleats, fins and louvres that enhance visual depth and environmental performance. On the rooftop, distinctive “halo” structures shelter sky gardens and terraces, further reinforcing the development’s iconic architectural identity.
