All orders are delivered by SF Express and you can choose to have them sent directly to your address, to an SF Express locker, or to an SF Store for collection. If you opt for an SF Express locker, you can fill in the detailed address of the locker or pick-up point in the shipping address field.

Orders will be dispatched by the Open House Hong Kong team through SF Express. Products sold during the pre-order period are expected to be dispatched by the end of November 2025.

Unless specified otherwise, all shipping costs for orders are on a pay-on-delivery basis. Customers must pay the corresponding shipping fees as stipulated on the SF Express website upon collection of the items.

Please enter the correct recipient phone number and delivery address. If incorrect information leads to delivery failure, SF Express may charge additional fees.

If customers need to change the delivery method or address after placing an order, they must contact SF Express directly. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Please confirm the product options and quantities before placing the order; once payment is completed, changes to the production options/additional orders/combined orders cannot be made.

Returns and refunds policy: generally, returns and exchanges are not provided. If the product is damaged, customers may contact Open House Hong Kong within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Currently, we can only arrange deliveries to addresses in Hong Kong and do not accept delivery requests from other regions.
